Remember that although viewing long-term outcomes in isolation may not give definitive information about whether quality representation is occuring in a jurisdiction, they also can lead to some important inferences.

Think about what you have learned in this section of the module. What are some data points around outcomes a CIP can use to assess quality legal representation? What should a CIP look for increases in? Decreases in?

Look back at the data - what does it tell you about placement changes? About re-entries into the dependency system? About timelines to permanency? What information is missing? What more would you want to know to make a determination about the role of quality legal representation in contributing to long-term outcomes in this jurisdiction?
